Dr. Hanson received his medical degree from the University of Iowa in 1995. He completed his residency in Radiology at the University of Utah in 2000 where he served as chief resident. He completed a Fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania in 2001.
Dr. Hanson is Board Certified in Radiology and has a Certificate of Added Qualification in Interventional Radiology. Dr. Hanson is a member of The American College of Radiology, The Radiological Society of North America, and The Society of Interventional Radiology. He is Vice-President of the Medical Staff at Sacred Heart Hospital. In addition, he serves on the Medical Executive Committee, Performance Improvement Committee, and Procedure Review Panel at Sacred Heart Hospital.
His interests include treatment of varicose veins, uterine fibroid embolization, peripheral vascular disease, and interventional oncology.
Dr. Tham is a graduate of Duke University and Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He completed his radiology residency and vascular interventional radiology fellowship at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a major teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Tham is board-certified in Radiology and is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, American College of Radiology and Wisconsin Radiological Society. He has authored and co-authored numerous professional articles.
His interests include varicose vein therapy, peripheral vascular disease, and urological interventions.
Dr. Whitis received his medical degree from the University of Iowa in 1992 and completed his residency in Radiology at the University of Utah in 1996 where he served as chief resident.
Dr. Whitis is Board Certified in Radiology and is a member of The American College of Radiology, The Radiological Society of North America, The Society of Interventional Radiology and a member of the American College of Phlebology. He introduced the minimally invasive treatment of spinal fractures called Vertebroplasty to the region in 2000.
His interests include the treatment of varicose veins, peripheral vascular disease, thrombolysis and spinal intervention.
